On a mission to ensure that all Kentuckians are able to rest.
Get accessible care to improve your sleep from the comfort of your home.
Our approach
Kentucky ranks 46th out of 50 states in the U.S. in terms sleep health. We believe that all Kentuckians in the commonwealth deserve to have an opportunity to sleep well and experience the benefits of good sleep on their health, well-being, and relationships.
Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking earlier than you would like?
The Sleep Well Kentucky program at the University of Kentucky Clinic for Emotional Health may be for you.
We are offering six sessions of cognitive-behavioral therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) at no cost to you. CBT-I is the most effective established medical treatment for insomnia, but is not widely available in most health care settings. We are on a mission to change that.
Sleep Well Kentucky is able to provide CBT-I as part of a University of Kentucky research study aimed at learning more about people’s experience with this treatment delivered via telehealth (through online video sessions with a therapist).
Let us help you connect with one of our clinicians who is available to see you online from the comfort of your home.
